We want to boast the greatest training facility in Colorado and we appreciate all of our members supporting us in this process. We are very excited about this addition of CrossFit and feel it’s going to be a great part of our already fantastic programs. Please speak with the front desk with any questions or concerns you may have. We are in this together and already being the best place to train BJJ and Muay Thai, we know that you will be completely satisfied with our new CrossFit program.
  • Finally, thanks to Professor Braulio Estima for some awesome seminars this past week in Boulder and Denver. And thank you to all the Easton Students who continue to help support these great events! Without you guys and gals we couldn’t have the greats out here to help make us better! Focus of the week

Are you resilient?  Are you able to recover readily from misfortune?  Do you allow that one misfortune to snowball into more misfortune?  Many people allow themselves to fall into a negative spiral quite quickly, while others seem to always see the positive, or the light at the end of the tunnel.  How come some of these people are able to remain positive…to be resilient in the face of real life problems?  Some say genetics, others say nurture over nature.  Either way, studies show that you can affect your resiliency.  Make positive connections with others, accept that change is inevitable, and keep moving towards your goals!  You also need to nurture a positive view of yourself.  Whether it was done for you or not as a child, you can begin to program your mind’s computer with a positive self-image.  These are just a few steps that can help you build more resilience.  Good luck!
