Train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Easton Centennial

Our Centennial Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program runs from true-beginner fundamentals to advanced and competition training. No experience needed to start — most people walk in having never grappled, and experienced grapplers get a room full of training partners to push them.

Ian Lieberman runs the advanced gi program at Centennial — training since 2006, teaching since 2008, one of Amal Easton's and Eliot Marshall's black belts. He taught for years in Boulder and then years in Denver, and he promoted the two men now running Easton Denver and Easton Littleton. The fundamentals class, the one you would actually walk into first, is Mallory Martin's: a professional MMA fighter who came up at Cat Zingano's gym and took her own jiu jitsu black belt in March 2025.

What happens in class

Your first class is a free intro session. A coach walks you through the basics and puts you on the mat with training partners who were once exactly where you are. There's no live sparring on day one.

What Centennial Members Say

304+ Google reviews · Easton Centennial

Both me and my kids train here. The vine is welcoming, the staff is friendly and helpful. The mats and locker rooms are clean and well maintained. On the training front, this is a serious place. They teach and teach well. They teach the kids more than BJJ. They teach discipline, respect, self control And dedication.

I came from a really awesome school in Albuquerque and it was difficult to make a decision on where my family would train. Eastons in centennial had more to offer than I could anticipate. Morning classes 5 days a week was their selling point for a family of 5 with little free time.
