Train Muay Thai at Easton Centennial
Our Centennial Muay Thai program teaches real, technical striking — from your first combination to fight-ready sparring. Beginners are the norm here; you set the pace, and no one spars until they're ready.
The Centennial striking room has produced three purple shirts and a WAKO K1 women’s champion. It is run by Donny McSherry, a brown shirt who moved down from Anchorage in 2013, found Easton, and has been teaching here since 2017. He fights southpaw and he teaches it. Ask him how long it takes to get good and you get the honest answer: “Muay Thai doesn’t get easier, you get better.”
What to Expect on Day One
