Our Castle Rock Muay Thai program teaches real, technical striking — from your first combination to fight-ready sparring. Beginners are the norm here; you set the pace, and no one spars until they're ready.

Ian Kleinman took his first Muay Thai class on a whim in 2023, on a recommendation from the owner of Easton Castle Rock and after finally working up the nerve. He runs the Muay Thai program here now — a blue shirt under Dakota Brown — and he competed twice in the year he turned 40, which he would tell you was the point: if you can still put the work in, don’t worry about the age. He builds everything off the teep and the jab.
