Take your striking game to the next level.
Muay Thai Classes
Structured for our more experienced students, the Muay Thai classes emphasize partner work. In our beginner level Muay Thai Kickboxing classes we use punching bags. But in our more advanced classes, you’ll be hitting Thai pads, drilling, or sparring with a partner. You’ll be able to focus on your game, assured that both you and your partner are already solid on the fundamental techniques, and will be able to practice them safely.
Why Study at Easton?
Our world-class instructors are dedicated to raising your Muay Thai skills to the highest level possible. Each of them is an accomplished competitor, fighting at the local, national, and even international levels. They will push you hard to reach your goals, providing high-quality, personalized feedback in every class.
In Easton’s Muay Thai program, you can become a fighter. If your goal is to compete, there is a clear path to advancement. We have in-house smokers for advanced students to try their hand in the ring, and the Easton Fight Team trains a small cadre of fighters for tournaments, amateur bouts and professional matches.
At Easton Training Center, we consider our students a part of our family. We work together, and support each other to maximize the value of our training. With the help of your teammates, you’ll achieve levels of success you didn’t know were possible.
Am I Ready for Muay Thai Classes?
If you have not trained in Muay Thai before, you’ll start out in our Kickboxing program, which will teach you all the fundamental techniques you’ll need to know in order to move up into our advanced classes.
If you have experience from another academy, please let our front desk staff know when you are scheduling an appointment for your first visit. One of our instructors will evaluate you for placement within our ranking system.
The most important things we are looking for in advanced students are control, good pad holding, and a solid functional knowledge of all the fundamental Muay Thai techniques, including punches, kicks, knees, and elbows.
