Our Arvada Kickboxing program blends striking technique with a serious workout — accessible if you've never thrown a punch, challenging if you have. It's the fastest on-ramp into Easton's striking room.
Arvada's kickboxing is coached by Terence Cheah, a Muay Thai Black Shirt who has taught striking since 1997. He builds everything on fundamentals, which is exactly what you want in your first month: a hard workout, and technique that holds up as you get fitter and more confident. No experience needed. The beginners program is built for people starting out, and your first class is free.
