Our Denver Kids Muay Thai program (ages 7–13) teaches technical striking in a disciplined, encouraging room. It builds coordination, focus, and confidence — no experience needed to start.

Denver’s kids Muay Thai is taught by Sean Madden — a black shirt, and one of Easton’s most senior striking coaches, in a room full of seven-year-olds learning to hold a stance. Classes are split by age and built on repetition rather than intensity: kids leave having drilled the same few things many times over, which is how coordination and focus actually get built.

Your first class is free, and every part of it is built for someone who has never done this before.

Bring your child in athletic clothes with a water bottle — we provide gloves and wraps for the first class.

Sean Madden grew up in Colorado Springs and found Muay Thai at Easton while finishing a finance degree at CU Boulder — no prior martial arts, just a workout he wanted to change up. The intensity hooked him immediately, and within a year he was training every day. When Duane Ludwig left Easton, Sean took over his Friday classes and has been coaching ever since. He coaches because he feels an obligation to pass on what his own coaches gave him. Some students learn by listening and some by watching, and he treats reading that correctly as the instructor's job. Alongside technique he's after a work ethic and a never-quit attitude — the way you train being the way you live.

This facility is really awesome! Everyone was so kind and welcoming, made us feel very comfortable from the start! I brought my son here for the kids Muay Thai class and he had a really great experience and truly enjoyed every class! Unfortunately we couldn’t continue due to our current financial situation, but we would love to come back here one day.
