Our Centennial Kids Muay Thai program (ages 7–13) teaches technical striking in a disciplined, encouraging room. It builds coordination, focus, and confidence — no experience needed to start.
Jake Burton runs the kids striking at Centennial, and he builds his classes to be demanding and encouraging at once — “engaging and supportive so each student can learn and grow” is how he puts it. He is a purple shirt, promoted by Donny McSherry, who runs the adult program in the same room, so kids here are learning the same Muay Thai the adults are, scaled to them. He found the sport through his dad, a former fighter.
