Train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Easton Castle Rock
Our Castle Rock Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program runs from true-beginner fundamentals to advanced and competition training. No experience needed to start — most people walk in having never grappled, and experienced grapplers get a room full of training partners to push them.
Derek McCracken had a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and 23 years in it before he ever looked at jiu jitsu — and he only looked because he wanted to teach his own students a few basics. He took one class at Castle Rock and never went back. He runs the program here now, a brown belt promoted by Derek Alumbaugh, with medals at every belt from white through brown. “How you do anything is how you do everything.”
