Move of the Week for 8/15 – This week, Professor Easton demonstrates a whole range of great moves. Of Particular note is the knee on belly. Done right, it will leave your opponent struggling to breathe, much less move. It’s a great technique that should be practiced until it becomes second nature.

Fundamentals Stand-up:

Osoto Gari and Foot Sweep

 

Fundamentals Ground:

Escape Mount-Buck and Roll-Focus and Knee to Elbow

 

Intermediate Stand-up:

Single Leg

 

Intermediate Ground:

Knee on Belly (Movement and Three Chokes)
