Come join us for an awesome evening of self-defense and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training. Whether a seasoned BJJ practioner or brand new to the sport, this unique “Girls Only” seminar led by Professor Amal Easton will benefit YOU! This free event is open to all women regardless of age, experience or school affiliation. We will train in the gi (there will gis available for new women to borrow).
