• Muay Thai – Muay Thai is the perfect stand-up fighting martial art. Whereas most other classical martial arts teach only hitting and kicking, Muay Thai uses fists, elbows, knees and feet. With Muay Thai, you use every weapon at your disposal.
• Brazilian Jiu Jitsu – Over 90% of all fights end up on the ground. Jiu jitsu is strictly ground combat, making it the perfect compliment to Muay Thai. And with BJJ, size and strength are not as important. A smaller person can easily defeat a much larger opponent with skill and technique.

This combination of self-defense skills means if your attacker can’t get through your Muay Thai skills, and tries to take you to the ground, you’re still able to defend yourself.
