  1. I have been interested in MMA fighting for awhile, I am a girl and I haven’t known many others that shared the same interest as me. I just finished college and moved out here and I feel like I should give it a try. I was wondering if there are many girls in your classes and also I don’t know which class would be the best to give a try. I was hoping maybe you could fill me in a little and also recommend a class. I am in pretty good shape but I am looking to get into better shape. I don’t need to lose weight but tightening up would be nice and maybe in the long run trying some contact or something. Please help me out.
