Helio Soneca, a world champion and Professor Amal Easton’s very own professor from his blue, purple and brown belt days, will run a one-day No-Gi seminar at Easton Denver for anybody who wants to join.
When Amal calls somebody one of the best teachers he’s ever had, you don’t want to miss it.
