The holidays are an exciting time full of family, friends, and food. For many people, the busy season means less time to work out, and a departure from their regular health and fitness routines. This January, ETC Boulder will launch a 30-day nutrition challenge to help everyone get back on track, and jump-start 2016 with healthy habits.
Coach Emily will lead the charge, and the challenge will run from Monday, January 11th through Tuesday, February 9th. During this month, participants will cut out processed foods, alcohol, and sugar, track their daily water intake, and commit to daily movement and mobility.
The cost to join the nutrition challenge is $25 per person. This can be paid in cash, or put on the credit or debit card on your account. Sign up for the challenge by putting your name on the sign-up sheet at the front desk. There will be a meeting for all challenge participants on Sunday, January 10th at 11:00 AM. During this meeting, Coach Emily will go over guidelines and expectations for the challenge, outline the types of foods to eat, and answer any questions.
If you missed the meeting, never fear! We’re accepting late sign-ups for the first week of the challenge. See the front desk to pick up your challenge materials.
