Coming off two losses, Coach Wes went into his most recent amateur bout on Saturday March 21st with a serious determination to win. Since his last appearance at the Buffalo Rose, he has gained a great deal more experience, and says he feels like a different fighter now. He was more mentally prepared this time around, and was better able to utilize the techniques he’s been practicing. His aggressiveness paid off, and he won the fight by unanimous decision. Wes intends to keep training hard, and plans to compete in the Colorado Muay Thai Association’s state tournament in April.
