Move of the Week for 4/25. This week Professor Easton us a great combination of techniques that can all work together. Be careful with your chokes. For maximum effect, you need to get the right angle’s and get your arm deep around your opponent’s neck. Make sure you stay safe practicing and good luck!

Maintain Back + Rear Naked Choke + Armbar + Switching Side
Intermediate Stand up:
Single legs
Intermediate Ground:
Cross guard (positioning; sweep; reversed arm bar)
