“Highly recommend for kickboxing! Took my first ever class here. Had some experience in karate before, but it had been years since I practiced. The people are the front are super nice and welcoming to help get you accommodated. The coaches are very knowledgeable and try to help in any way they can. I never felt out of place or judged as a beginner. The atmosphere feels like a family, and I look forward to attending more.”
