Staying Hungry: Competition, Coaching Kids, and Raising the Standard ft. Sean Madden

In this episode of the Easton Community Podcast, Mike sits down with Easton Muay Thai Program Director, Sean Madden.

Sean has been in the Easton world for 18 years, and this year, for the first time ever, he’s coaching kids.

He talks with Mike about what it takes to coach kids, how they’re often more coachable than adult students, and his goal to bridge the gap between the kids and adult Muay Thai program.

They also talk about Team Easton’s recent trip to the Thai Boxing Association Tournament, where nine Easton fighters had 21 fights in four days. The team went 18-3, and six of the competitors came back as newly-belted national champions.
