Centennial End of School Ninja Night

Join us for an exciting evening of fun and games at our Summer Ninja Night! We have a thrilling lineup of activities including Nerf Wars, Dodgeball, a Scavenger Hunt and many more activities and games that are sure to keep your kids entertained! We will provide delicious pepperoni and cheese pizza and snacks for everyone to enjoy. Both Easton Members and Non-Easton Members are welcome to participate in this event. Inviting friends is encouraged!

Date: Saturday, June 28th 

Event Duration: 4:30pm- 7:30pm

Doors Open: 4:20 pm

Location: ETC Centennial 5170 E Arapahoe Rd

Early Bird Pricing Until June 20th: 1st Child _$30. Additional Children _$20_ 

Regular Cost Beginning June 21st: 1st Child _$35. Additional Children _$25_ 

Important details: 

Capacity: We have a capacity for 100 kids, so be sure to secure your spot early. 

Pick Up: You are welcome to pick up your child/children at any time before 7:30pm. A 15-minute grace period is allowed, after which a $35 late pick-up fee will be charged.

 

Age Range: Ninja Night is open to children aged 4 to 12.

Waiver Requirement: Parents must complete a waiver for their children to participate in the activities. Additionally, please sign your kids in and out at the front desk.

Dietary Restrictions: If your child has any dietary restrictions and cannot eat Pizza or Fruit Snacks please pack a dinner for them to ensure they have a suitable meal during the event. Please dress your child/children in comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle.

What is Ninja Night?

Our Ninja Night is a fun-filled evening where kids participate in martial arts-inspired games, Team Scavenger Hunt, Nerf Wars, Dodge Ball, and other exciting activities in a safe, supervised environment.

Can I stay with my child at the event?

Yes, you are welcome to stay at the event with your child if you prefer. We do ask that you hang out on the benches surrounding our mats as you will not be permitted on the mats during the event.

Do kids need to be students of the martial arts school to attend?

No! Our Ninja Nights are open to the public. Friends and siblings are welcome. Pre-registration is required, and each child must have a profile created and a waiver signed before participating.

What should my child wear?

Comfortable athletic clothing is recommended—something they can move and play in.

Should my child bring anything?

Just a water bottle.

Can my child bring their own food?

Yes, especially if they have dietary restrictions or allergies. Please clearly label all food items.

Who supervises the kids?

Trained martial arts instructors and assistants will supervise all activities. Safety is a top priority.

Will there be age-appropriate groupings?

Yes. Kids are grouped by age and height to ensure safe and engaging participation.

What kind of activities will they do?

Activities include: Nerf Wars Dodge Ball Martial arts-themed games (e.g., Wrestling Virus) Quiet games (e.g., Coloring, Board Games) Scavenger Hunt

What if my child gets anxious or upset?

Staff are trained to support kids who feel nervous or overwhelmed. They can take breaks or sit out as needed, and parents will be contacted if necessary.
