Thanks to Everyone!

A great deal of work goes into preparing for a tournament from consistent
drilling, training, healthy dieting, and of course cardio. I know everyone
has been training hard for this event and I’m sure everyone will fight their
toughest and represent the Easton Team well. Also, a big thanks to
all of you who helped us get ready for this event. Big shout out to Sunday’s
training crew for your consistency and commitment.

Whether you’re new to Brazilian jiu jitsu or a long time veteran, competing is a great
way to take your game to the next level. So if you are interested in
competition, try and find time to talk to your coaches and get set up for
the next local tournament. And remember, for the best jiu jitsu school in Boulder, Easton BJJ is the only place to train!
