Helio “Soneca” Moreira is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coral Belt with a deep connection to the history of the sport. He grew up alongside the Gracie family and has spent decades training, competing, and contributing to the growth of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Soneca was the first adult World Champion in his weight division and became known as a fierce competitor with a big personality both on and off the mats.

This seminar is a unique opportunity to learn from someone with an incredible depth of knowledge and experience in Jiu-Jitsu. Come train, pick up new details, and spend time on the mat with one of the sport’s longtime practitioners and competitors.
