Going beyond fundamental pad-holding, this 2 ½ hour seminar will teach students how to progress their pad holding to the next level.

Learn why hitting pads is an essential part of your growth in Muay Thai and how to go about employing it into training of the various levels of proficiency.

Through this seminar, you’ll feel more confident in your pad holding skills and understanding and be able to hold pads for beginners, Intermediate, Advanced students and even fighters through regular practice.
