We know starting anything new can be intimidating, but rest assured our team will help you feel comfortable on your first visit!
What happens after?
- You receive a text from our team to coordinate a convenient time for you.
- You receive a free one-on-one 30-minute orientation at the academy of your choice.
- Then you'll hop into a 1-hour beginner's class, and learn the technique of the week with a friendly partner. No live sparring.
