Come Get Some!: Brought to you by Coach Sean Madden. He will be running a Muay Thai and Conditioning class at Red Rocks on July 23rd. If you are in the Muay Thai program, don’t miss this opportunity to train with one of our most enthusiastic Muay Thai coaches. He loves the sport and if you have ever taken his class then you know his attention to detail and his ability to create a dynamic and high intensity workout is 2nd to none.
Information:
- MUST BE IN MUAY THAI PROGRAM!!
- Location: Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, CO.
- Date: Saturday July, 23rd
- Time: Meet at Red Rocks by 9:00am. Class will start at 9:30am sharp.
- What you need: Water bottle, running shoes, gloves, hand wraps, mouth piece and jump rope if possible.
- Class: Event will be about 1 hour of technique and then 30 minutes of conditioning.
