Justin Flores “JFLO” No-Gi Seminar

We’re thrilled to have brought you another unique opportunity to train with one of the sport’s most accomplished athlete — Justin “JFlo” Flores!

JFlo is a world-renowned grappling coach and the founder of JFLO Academy, known for his seamless integration of Judo, wrestling, and Jiu Jitsu. A former Division I wrestler, Olympic Judo Team Head Coach, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, Justin has trained elite athletes including Ronda Rousey, Dominick Cruz, Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett, and Cat Zingano.
