JFlo No-Gi BJJ Seminar

Easton Team! Get ready—Justin “JFlo” Flores is a world-renowned grappling coach and the founder of JFLO Academy, known for his seamless integration of judo, wrestling, and jiu-jitsu. A former Division I wrestler, Olympic Judo Team Head Coach, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, Justin has trained elite athletes including Ronda Rousey, Dominick Cruz, Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett, and Cat Zingano.

His coaching style is rooted in efficiency, safety, and precision — making his seminars an invaluable experience for competitors, coaches, and martial arts enthusiasts looking to sharpen their skills with techniques proven at the highest levels of combat sports.

This seminar is open to Easton students only: youth 12 and older holding a grey/white belt and adults holding a 2-stripe white belt or above.
