Colorado Muay Thai Association 2016 Tournament

On April 17th students and coaches from several Easton academies will represent the Muay Thai program at the annual Colorado State Muay Thai Tournament. Last year Easton Training Center took first place at the tournament by a wide margin of wins, and we are anticipating a similar result this year.
Over the past two years, the Easton Training Center school of Muay Thai has grown into the most formidable program in the state thanks to the commitment of our head coaches, Tony Cummings, Sean Madden and Tyler Toner. The Colorado State Muay Thai Tournament is run and hosted by Oscar Martinez, a man who has dedicated years of his life to fostering the sport of Muay Thai throughout the state and to provide aspiring fighters an opportunity to showcase their skills in a safe and friendly environment.
The ETC students who have been approved by the coaching staff to compete have worked diligently for the past seven weeks to ensure that they come ready to fight in the best shape imaginable. Just last week coach Terrence Moore ran a handful of students through a 45 minute conditioning circuit that pushed them to their physical and mental limits. The students however rose to the occasion and exceeded expectations with their commitment and drive to succeed.
The tournament will be an all-day event that will be held at the National Western Complex in Denver. Tickets will be available to purchase online as well as at the front desk. We have no doubt in our minds that the Easton Training Centers will be well represented and that a number of brackets will be cleaned out by our fight team. Stay tuned for results!
