In “The Gospel of Fire”, Eliot shares his journey as a former UFC fighter and accomplished BJJ competitor who secretly struggled with severe anxiety for years. As one of Amal Easton’s earliest black belts and the founder of the Easton Training Center in Denver, Eliot has played a huge part in the Easton academies’ history and heritage.
