Learn Boxing at Easton Training Center
At Easton Training Center, we practice Muay Thai, also called Thai Boxing. Thai Boxing techniques include all of the punches, slips, and blocks that you’ll see in Western boxing, but we also add in kicks, knees, and elbows for a full-body workout. Our Kickboxing and Muay Thai curriculum includes a segment focusing exclusively on boxing. During these classes, instructors emphasize footwork and head movement in addition to punching combinations.

At Easton Training Center, boxing is more than a fitness class. In Easton’s program, you’ll learn real fighting techniques from experienced coaches! While getting a great workout is an important part of every class, Easton instructors also emphasize proper, applicable technique. Instead of throwing your punches into empty space, you will practice your combinations on the heavy bags.
Safety is our priority. Our instructors will make sure you are executing each strike correctly, teaching you to control your movements.
All of our coaches are knowledgeable and experienced fighters. Many of them compete regularly in amateur or professional matches, and some have even traveled abroad to fight. When you learn from the best, you will become the best!
