Professor Jason Rau is a black belt under Matt Serra (Renzo Gracie’s first black belt). He is one of the head black belt instructors at Serra BJJ in Long Island, and also trains with the Danaher Death Squad at Renzo Gracie Academy in NYC. Jason is a great teacher, highly technical, and a seasoned competitor. His accomplishments include:

- Sub Spectrum 170/185 lb. Champion
- Rise Submission Invitational 170 lb. Champion
