Boulder Martial Arts Summer Camp – Ages 4-10 – Session 3: July 13-17
Kids will have a blast learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai techniques with our enthusiastic, experienced instructors. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling-based martial art, excellent for building coordination and body awareness. Muay Thai is a style of Kickboxing born in Thailand, and is great for balance. In addition to physical skills, our program emphasizes the martial arts values of respect, self-discipline, and confidence.
In addition to the martial arts skills they’ll build throughout the day, kids can expect tons of exciting games and technique-based drills led by their coaches. Every day of camp will also include a different special activity, run by one of our local partners. Some examples include: Boulder Movement Collective, Boulder Athletics, climbing, Nerf battles, and slack line.
Half day camps will run from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Full day camps will run from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
