If you are looking to get a full-body workout and get in the best shape of your life, Easton Training Center’s CrossFit program is for you! Our CrossFit program is led by the top instructors in Boulder and we have classes for students of all levels–from the complete beginner to advanced CrossFit competitors.
If you want to get a quick, effective workout in just 30 minutes, check out ETB30 classes! These high-intensity classes will get your heart pumping and your muscles working, and no experience is necessary.
If you’d like to learn CrossFit movements and skills, the On Ramp series of classes is the place to start. Over the course of one week, you will learn all the basics of CrossFit, preparing you for the movements you’ll encounter in every WOD.
