Safety is one of our core values at Easton. We are constantly working to mitigate risks in the academy, but it is always up to you to assess your own risk tolerance and take the steps you deem necessary to keep yourself safe.

We are operating at limited capacity. Students will train only with members of their small designated training group, and groups are distanced from one another on the mat. All staff and students must wear masks while in the academy. Upon arrival everyone will complete a daily health screening for COVID symptoms and exposure. We are sanitizing all surfaces and equipment after each class.
Yes, we would love to meet you. Please fill out our free class request form, and we will contact you to schedule your first visit.
We will provide free equipment rentals to new students for their first class. Otherwise, rentals are not available at this time, please remember to bring your equipment and uniforms!
Yes, Colorado’s state-wide mask mandate for public places is still in effect, and it’s important for us to stay in compliance so we can stay open. Students and staff are required to wear a mask at all times while in the building, including while training. You may bring your own mask, or purchase one from our pro shop.
We are using CDC-recommended cleaning solutions to sanitize our mats, heavy bags, and Thai pads before each class. We are also frequently cleaning surfaces in our locker rooms, lobbies, and front desks.
Our schedules are constantly evolving as we adjust to increasing demand and COVID-19 regulations. The most up-to-date schedule is always available on our website.
All students will belong to designated training groups, and will only have contact with the members of their group. An individual class may have groups in separate areas of the mat at the same time. Per government regulation, all classes will contain 25 total students or fewer.
This varies by location and by program. It will depend on the amount of mat space in the academy, the number of students in the program, and the number of class times available. We are doing our best to maximize the amount of training available at each of the schools. We review the schedules weekly to look for opportunities to improve.
If you belong to a training group, your group will have a designated time to attend, and you will not need to make a reservation before coming in.

If you want to attend a socially distanced Kickboxing class (no designated groups) or another class where your spot is not guaranteed, you can reserve a spot up to 24 hours in advance through our demo video showing where and how you can sign up online.
Each class is led by an instructor who will explain and demonstrate techniques. Within the class, individual training groups will remain separated by 6+ feet.
Locker rooms are available for changing, but not storage of personal belongings. Restrooms are available for use. Showers are not available for use at this time because of the difficulty of cleaning them sufficiently between each use.
Please bring your own water bottle. You may use the refilling station, but there is no drinking directly from the fountains.
Your membership will continue to auto-renew unless we receive a suspension or cancellation form from you. Please let us know in advance if you are planning to take a break.
You can suspend your membership payments at any time, and instead, pay a monthly suspension fee of $15. A suspension pauses your billing cycle wherever it stands, so any time remaining on the month you’ve already paid for will be available for use when your suspension lifts. To suspend your account, please contact your location's front desk. They will send you our online suspension form. We need to receive your form submission before the date you want to start your susupension.
When you submit a suspension form, you’ll receive a confirmation email from info@eastontc.com with the details of your suspension. If you can’t find the confirmation email, please contact your home academy by phone or email, and we’ll look it up for you!
We have plans to start running our Zoom classes again soon! Please keep an eye on your inbox and follow us on social media to make sure you see our updates.
If we become aware of a reported case of COVID-19 in your location and you had potential contact with the individual, we will notify you within 24 hours. In addition, we will take all safety precautions to deep clean and disinfect the academy before allowing students back on the mat.
Begin self-quarantine immediately. Please don’t come into the academy until you have confirmed you don’t have COVID-19. Contact a physician to perform a remote screening, and get tested ASAP. If you receive a positive test result, please notify us right away so we can take steps to protect the Easton community.
If you have health insurance, your physician may recommend a location for in-network testing. The testing station with the fastest results that we are currently aware of is through Women’s Health Group in Thornton and Denver. Their website is cocoviddriveup.com
If we learn of someone within our community testing positive for COVID-19, we will immediately pull the infected person’s training group. All group members will be notified to self-quarantine and get tested. All students in other groups that were in the building at the same time will also be notified.
An outbreak is defined as 2 students in a single cohort testing positive. If we have outbreaks in 3 or more cohorts, we will implement a location-wide shutdown.
We aren’t able to accommodate drop-in visits from out-of-town guests at this time. Under more normal circumstances, we love making new connections from the worldwide martial arts community, so please come see us when the pandemic has subsided!
Every situation is unique, and the high-risk locations around the country and world are changing regularly. Please notify your location’s GM if you have left the state. You may be asked to quarantine or get a COVID-19 test prior to returning to classes. Please be honest and help us to protect the health of our community.
At this time, we are asking students to choose either Jiu Jitsu or Muay Thai for their training group. Putting a person into two different training groups would effectively double the exposure risk for all the people in both groups. However, we are offering socially distanced Kickboxing classes with no designated groups. So a good option might be to sign up for a Jiu Jitsu group, and also attend kickboxing.
At this time, everyone is training only with their designated group at their home location. This helps us to limit exposure for members and staff, and helps us to prevent a multi-location outbreak.
In order to sign up for a “monogamous” training group at any Easton academy, you must agree not to train with people outside that group until further notice. Let’s all do our part to keep our community safe and stop the spread!
Yes, you can purchase everything you need for training from our pro shop. You can charge it to your credit card on file for a contactless transaction.
