At Easton, we know everyone is different, and what works for one person may not work for another.

So we offer a range of different classes to help you meet your fitness goals. Whether you want to completely change your fitness level around and learn to live a more healthy life, or you’re already in pretty good shape, but just want to get a little more definition in your abs, then there’s a class tailored for you.

It’s not about how you stay fit, just as long as you are.

EASTON Boot Camp:

The Easton Boot Camp is where you go for an all over fitness change.

These classes are intense interval workouts that combine cardiovascular training, resistance training, and sport specific movements utilizing body weight exercises, a wide variety of equipment, and functional sport specific drills. These classes incorporate circuits, stations, and timed drills to maximize and optimize your hour of training into an experience that is physically challenging, totally exhilarating and incredibly fun!

Boxing Conditioning:

Designed to get you to your fitness goals faster, this class incorporates bouts of boxing on the heavy bags and focus mitts along with intervals of sport specific conditioning exercises.

Benefits include increase in strength, endurance, improved hand-eye coordination, and development of agility, speed and explosive power output. This is a great class for supplementing other martial arts or sport activities, and it’s a fun and involving way to lose weight and get in shape.

Cardio Kickboxing:

This incredible full body workout is one of the best calorie-burning workouts around.

Get ready to hit the heavy bags and let yourself feel empowered. Emphasizing proper technique to punch and kick you will be building aerobic endurance, muscular endurance while improving balance and coordination. Interval 30:

This is the ultimate 30 minute high intensity interval class! This workout includes strength, endurance, plyometrics, core & functional training exercises interspersed with intense interval training.

This class focuses on all over conditioning. If you’re looking for a full body workout in a 30 minute package, this is it. Great for bringing out some definition or as a way to stay active on a regular basis when your time is limited.

FIT 45 (Functional Interval Training):

Every major muscle group will be trained in this 45 minute minimal choreography/ maximal results class. Designed to build muscular strength, promote, functional movement patterns, aerobic endurance, and anaerobic endurance. A mentally and physically challenging interval training class that pushes your body to its limits using athletic conditioning, Easton Training Center’s newest resistance equipment, and body weight exercises.

You’ll see improvements in the field, on the court or wherever else you may need that added boost.

ABSolute Easton Core:

30 minute highly concentrated core workout focusing on the abdominals and lower back. Core strength and stabilization are vital for building an athlete through proper progressions of functional movement patterns. Not to mention, you’ll look good too. If you want a six-pack abs or a washboard stomach, this is the class that’s going to get you there.
