Happy Holidays, Love Easton

Hey Boulder members! We had a great year of growth and enrichment in 2015, and it’s all thanks to our fantastic community of members. Now that we’re at the start of a new year, we’d like to do something special for all of you, and based on our conversations with you, we think we have a pretty good feel for your wish list. So, get ready, because Santa’s coming back around to roll out some schedule additions, new equipment, and improvements to the facility!

All Members

We know that sometimes it feels like you need a little extra help to take your training to the next level. That’s why we’re giving you each a free private lesson! Reserve half an hour with the participating instructor of your choice, and hone your technique one-on-one.

Martial Arts

New mats! We’re working with Dollamur to install some brand new mats in our martial arts spaces.

Striking

We’re changing our schedule to better suit yours! Beginning January 11th, we’re replacing 9:30 Kickboxing with 6:30 AM classes Monday through Thursday, and switching out 12:00 PM Kickboxing for Muay Thai classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We’re also getting some new equipment. Get ready for more heavy bags, kick shields, mitts, and belly shields!

CrossFit

You’ve been asking, and Olympic Lifting class is coming back in February! Led by Coach Wes, space in this program will be limited, so keep an eye out for sign-ups.

We’ve had a lot of requests for 7:00 AM classes, so they’re coming on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, starting January 11th.

We’re also getting four new pull sleds, one more way to step your game up!

Kids

Parents, we know it can be hard to juggle homework, activities, and family time. Kill two birds with one stone by bringing the kids in for math tutoring after martial arts classes. This will be available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:30 PM.

Our Teens BJJ program has seen enormous growth and success this year, and we’re excited by the students’ progress. We’re adding a new class for this age group: Advanced Teens No-Gi BJJ on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:00 PM, beginning Jan. 18th. This class is open to teens with a gray and white belt or higher. If you have a hard time making 4:00 PM, please let Professor Mike know.

We’re also extending the Tuesday and Thursday afternoon Teens BJJ classes to 1.5 hours to give them an opportunity to get more training in. The class will now begin at 4:00 PM and run until 5:30 PM.

Finally, we’ll be starting competition training soon! We’ll send out an email as the start date gets closer.
