If you are looking to get a full body workout and get in the best shape of your life, Easton Training Center’s CrossFit program is for you! Our Cross Fit program is led by the top instructors in Boulder and we have classes for students of all levels—from beginner to advanced.
If you’re just getting started on your CrossFit journey, the Elements classes will be just right for you. In Elements, you will learn the fundamental movements that you’ll need for every CrossFit workout. From the Clean and Jerk to the Muscle Up, our instructors will walk you through the proper technique. Because correct form is so important for safety, we emphasize this heavily in the Elements classes, making sure that you’re never in over your head.
If you’re a long-time CrossFitter, and you’re ready to get your AMRAP on, our CrossFit WOD class is where you belong. This class will cover more technical movements, and spend less time on teaching form. While our program grows, the WOD class will be open to all levels. When beginners are present, the instructors will include WOD modifications, so all CrossFitters will be able to scale their workouts to their individual experience levels.
