Free Classes Every Saturday

Looking for a fun, affordable way to get in shape?  Come try one of our Free Saturday Classes.  All you have to do is show up 15 minutes early to get set up with the equipment you will need for your class.

What to bring:

  • Workout Clothes (shoes won’t be necessary)
  • Water Bottle
  • Towel ( If you want to shower afterwards )
  • A friend ( If none of yours want to have a great time with you, don’t worry.  By the end of your class you’ll have so many new friends you won’t know what to do! )

We are located at 2005 32nd St., Boulder, CO 80301.  Right behind Christy Sports and across the street from ABC and The Spot climbing gyms.

CrossFit @ 11:00

Start your weekend right with CrossFit.  Every week CrossFit ETB offers a Free CrossFit Class so you and your friends can check it out.  CrossFit is all about community, and we start off every class by meeting each other so you can support the other athletes during the Workout of the Day (WOD).  After all the introductions, one of our certified coaches will explain the WOD and give you a road map for the next hour.  Before jumping into the workout, the coach will get you warmed up then walk you through each of the techniques you’ll perform in the WOD.  Safety is our number one concern (closely followed by having a great time), and we take it very seriously.  You will receive individual attention from the coach to make sure you are performing each movement with perfect technique, making the actual workout that much more fun and effective. Once you’ve learned proper technique for all the movements, it will be time to get your sweat on!  The WOD will push you to your limits, and other athletes will carry you past them.  Each WOD has a different focus — some are endurance based, some are power based — regardless, you’ll be able to get an intense workout like never before.  To finish up class, you’ll have a debriefing session discussing how the workout went, how much fun it was, and what you can do to improve for the next time.  After a quick cool down, you can take a shower and grab some food with some of the new friends you just made.  Want more info?  Check out the CrossFit ETB website.

Kickboxing @ 12:30

Punch and kick your way into shape! Our Kickboxing classes are more than just a great workout–you’ll learn proper technique as you burn those calories. Our skilled coaches will walk you through how to punch, kick, knee and elbow, focusing on a different technique every week.  Once you walk through the basic technique, you will do some light partner drills to work on balance and movement.  Finally, it’s time to kick some butt!  You’ll get an intense cardio workout as you practice your techniques at full strength on one of our 25 heavy bags, so you never need to worry about getting hit.  This class will put you through your paces with High Intensity Interval Training, Strength and Endurance exercise, and amazing Core Workouts.
